We stand behind every peptide we release. Use the guidance below to submit return requests, request replacements, or report shipping excursions.

Eligibility checklist

Products must remain unopened in their original tamper-evident packaging.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery.

Cold-chain items require overnight return shipping with appropriate refrigerants.

Documentation (photos, temperature logs) may be required for quality investigations.

Non-returnable items

Custom syntheses, made-to-order compounds, or bulk contracts unless the error is on our side.

Products stored outside recommended temperature ranges or exposed to contamination.

Items returned without prior authorization or that arrive beyond the stability window.

1. Request authorization

Email support@bioedgelabs.com with your order number, product lot, and reason for return. We respond within one business day.

2. Receive RMA & instructions

Approved returns receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), packing checklist, and prepaid label when applicable.

3. Ship materials

Use the provided label and packaging guidance. Include any temperature monitoring devices with the return shipment.

4. Inspection & resolution

Once materials arrive, our QA team verifies condition. Eligible refunds or replacements are issued within 5 business days.

Report a transit excursion or request a replacement

Provide your order number, lot numbers, and temperature data. Our QA team will review immediately and coordinate next steps.
