By accessing BioEdge Labs or purchasing research peptides you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

These terms apply to all users including researchers, laboratories, clinics, and institutional buyers.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Revised terms take effect immediately upon posting.

All products are provided strictly for laboratory research and development. They are not approved for human or veterinary consumption.

Customers must be qualified professionals with the expertise, facilities, and approvals required to safely handle research peptides.

BioEdge Labs disclaims responsibility for misuse, off-label application, or failure to follow proper laboratory protocols.

Orders may be placed by individuals over 21 acting on behalf of a laboratory, research institution, or clinic.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including suspected diversion or non-research use.

All information provided during checkout must be accurate and complete, including institutional affiliation and shipping address.

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Promotional offers are time-limited.

Payment is due at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late invoices may incur financing charges.

In the event of pricing errors or discrepancies we will contact you before processing the order.

Research materials ship via temperature-controlled carriers with telemetry whenever required by the product dossier.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer when the order is delivered to the designated shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for prompt inspection upon arrival and for maintaining required storage conditions.

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery with an approved return authorization.

Returns must remain in their original tamper-evident packaging and be shipped via overnight carrier with appropriate temperature control.

Report any discrepancies within 48 hours. Supporting documentation (photos, temperature logs) may be requested.

Customers are responsible for complying with local, state, federal, and international regulations governing the acquisition and use of peptides.

Products should not be imported, exported, or transferred in violation of applicable laws or licensure requirements.

Institutional review or ethics board approval is required for any studies involving regulated environments or participants.

All website content, brand assets, documentation, and analytical data remain the property of BioEdge Labs.

Use of our trademarks, imagery, or documentation requires prior written permission.

Third-party names referenced for comparison or research background belong to their respective owners.

BioEdge Labs provides products “as is” with no warranties beyond those required by law.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, delays, or interruptions.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the products involved.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which BioEdge Labs is incorporated.

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by law.
