Do you require documentation before shipping?

What documentation accompanies each lot?

Every order includes a certificate of analysis, HPLC and MS data, endotoxin and sterility reports (when applicable), and stability/handling guidance.

Can you provide custom formulations?

Shipping & logistics

How do you protect temperature-sensitive peptides in transit?

Peptides are shipped as crystalline powder in validated packaging and tracked delivery to your lab. Peptides must be reconstituted in a controlled environment before use.

Can you accommodate weekend or international deliveries?

Returns & replacements

What if my shipment experiences damage during transit?
